I can pre-screen REALTORS® Nationwide, based upon their past track record, current status, their level of experience and your preference. I do not base it upon whoever is willing to pay for advertising space. My referred agents must have at least 5 years of experience, no recorded violations with the National Association of REALTORS® or the California Association of REALTORS® and must work full time with a name brand company that specializes in the local real estate market of your interest.

In most cases you will be referred to a licensed Broker/REALTOR®, not just a person with a real estate license. A broker has advanced training and knowledge of the local real estate market and a REALTOR® is an active member in good standing with the "National Association of REALTORS®" and must adhere to a strict code of ethics.
