I pre-screen REALTORS® based upon past track record, current status and their level of experience. I do not base it upon whoever is willing to pay for advertising space. My referred agents must have at least 5 years of experience, no recorded violations with the California Association of REALTORS® and must work full time with a name brand company that specializes in your local real estate market.
